I have been a member of various local gyms for many years now and enjoy running, I did the Wakefield 10Km road race a couple of years back.
I visit the gym most days and normally start with a 4kM run followed by weight training.
I go swimming whenever most weeks and this most definately improves fitness and wellbeing.
